GREEN TEA
Sella's Mindset is Everything Sencha green tea is carefully steamed, rolled and pan-fired in a wok to create the most delicious cup. Sencha tea is so unique because of the method used to dry the tea leaves. After the leaves are picked, they undergo a period of steaming, then the leaf is withered to reduce the moisture, after which the leaves are rolled into very fine needles. The process is repeated three times.
Studies show consuming Sencha tea is beneficial for building the immune system and may even help with osteoporosis. It also aids with weight loss.
Taste: Tending light liquoring, smooth with reasonable depth and body.
